I also hold additional certifications in Brazilian Blowouts and Keratin Treatments. Whether you’re looking for a fresh new color, a great cut, or smooth, frizz-free hair, my goal is always to make your hair look and feel its best.

Hi, I’m Rachel! Helping women feel confident and comfortable in their own skin is why I love what I do.
I specialize in gray blending and coverage, fine hair, and dimensional color that grows out seamlessly. My approach is intentional and low-maintenance — perfect for busy, career-driven women who want beautiful hair without the fuss.
I believe great hair should support your lifestyle, not complicate it. My chair is a relaxed, welcoming space where you can unwind, be heard, and leave feeling like your most polished self.

Born and raised on the Emerald Coast, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve always loved the confidence that comes from great hair and helping people feel like the best version of themselves. I’m a licensed cosmetologist here at Foil + Pin, and I love helping clients feel confident through personalized services and beautiful, wearable hair.
As a mom of four, life keeps me busy. I bring that same energy, care, and attention to detail into every service, whether you’re coming in for a haircut, color refresh, or a completely new look.

Jessy Barnwell
Hi, I’m Jessy — owner and founder of Foil + Pin. I’ve been a hairstylist for over 20 years and specialize in precision cuts, dimensional color, and IBE (Invisible Bead) extensions. My goal is always to help clients feel confident, beautiful, and completely at ease in my chair.
Education is a big part of what I do. I enjoy helping you make decisions for your hair keeping in mind your face shape, skin tone and lifestyle. I’m passionate about staying current with trends and techniques, and I love sharing styling tips so you can recreate your look at home with confidence.
At Foil + Pin, I’ve created a space that’s professional yet welcoming, where great hair and genuine connection go hand in hand.

I’m from Lafayette, Louisiana and moved to the Destin area in 2025. I love all things beauty and strive to make every client feel comfortable and beautiful! I attained my cosmetology license in 2021, and I’m excited to grow as a mentee at Foil+Pin while working with and assisting Jessy!
I enjoy doing all services, especially color services, hair styling, and full transformations! I’m very eager to grow and learn new techniques in this position. My goal is to make sure every client leaves feeling their most beautiful, confident self!
